I laughed out loud at "Nobody cared about the 1600 and 800." My dad coached high school track my entire childhood and those races were always snack time for me. I felt all the energy of this piece. Also, extremely impressive 1/2 mile and mile times ⏱️
I'm sure there are many different ways this could work, but ours just comes on Mondays and cooks meals for the week (mostly dinners and side dishes for Mon-Fri), then gives us reheating instructions.
